Be-on-road to programy do nawigacji dedykowane do urządzeń typu PDA, PND i smartphone. Dzięki precyzyjnym danym mapowym i nowoczesnej aplikacji stworzonej przez firmę Aponia Software Be-on-road szybko i bezbłędnie wyszukuje najlepszą drogę do celu.

Współpraca Aponii z dziennikarzami testującymi i użytkownikami zaowocowała tym, że nowy produkt został rozszerzony o dodatkowe funkcje, a jego obsługa jest teraz jeszcze prostsza i przyjemniejsza.

AutoMapa i Policja aktualizują mapy niebezpiecznych miejsc

AutoMapa i Warmińsko – Mazurska Policja poinformowały o rozpoczęciu współpracy w zakresie aktualizacji niebezpiecznych miejsc w rejonie Warmii i Mazur. Dzięki wspólnemu przedsięwzięciu już w te wakacje będą ostrzegani przez AutoMapę o niebezpiecznych strefach.

Prace nad projektem rozpoczęły się w styczniu 2008r. Aby dokładnie wskazać strefy, w których w 2007 roku doszło do największej liczby zdarzeń drogowych, funkcjonariusze policji przejechali ponad 1000 km po drogach krajowych i wojewódzkich w rejonie Warmii i Mazur. Wszystkie strefy niebezpieczne zostały zweryfikowane w praktyce i na podstawie współrzędnych geograficznych przeniesione do systemu mapy cyfrowej.
